Affiliate terms
The plain-English rules of the askbev affiliate program. Operated by Hypercube Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN 69 691 185 690), trading as askbev.
The program
Approved askbev affiliates receive a unique referral code. Customers who sign up using the code receive 25% off their first paid month. Affiliates earn a commission of 10% of the net subscription revenue actually received by us from each referred customer, for that customer's first 12 months starting from their first paid invoice. No commission accrues on free-trial periods, refunded amounts, or unpaid invoices.
Applications and approval
Applications are reviewed manually and approval is at our discretion. We may decline or revoke affiliate status at any time for conduct we reasonably consider misleading, spammy, or harmful to the askbev brand — including bidding on our trademarks, misrepresenting the product, or self-referral.
Payouts
Commissions are paid monthly via Wise, in USD, once your accrued balance reaches USD $50. Balances below the threshold roll over to the following month. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any taxes, invoicing or reporting obligations that apply to you in your jurisdiction.
Attribution
A referral is attributed when a customer signs up using your code at checkout. One referral per customer, first attribution wins. We may adjust or reverse commissions in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or material misuse of the program.
Privacy
Your affiliate dashboard shows anonymised referral information only — signup dates, plan tier, subscription status and your earnings. It never includes referred customers' names or contact details.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the commission structure with 30 days' notice to active affiliates. Accrued, unpaid commissions earned under prior terms remain payable. Either party may end participation at any time; earned commissions above the threshold at the next monthly run are still paid out.
